Our cosy flats are equipped with a kitchen and private bathroom. Likewise, a large TV, free W-LAN and an internet connection are available in every room. Since our apart-hotel is equipped with up to 1000 M/Bit Internet, any professional activity can also be carried out in the home office.
Only 500 metres away from us is an ALDI and EDEKA market, as well as a renowned butcher’s shop only 800 metres away.
As Straßlach is located in the middle of nature, you can take undisturbed walks or bike tours in the forest, on the meadows or along the Isar river at any time.

Our new self-catering aparthotel in Straßlach is in a quiet location but also enjoys excellent connections to the metropolitan area of Munich. You can reach the city centre via the A99 and A95 or by public transport in just 30 minutes. Buses on line 271 of Munich’s public transportation system (MVV) stop right outside the hotel. Lake Starnberg is just 25 minutes to the west.

Equipment
Our 33 cozy hotel rooms are tastefully furnished and are immediately inviting. In addition, all rooms in the hotel have extensive technical equipment. In addition to the separate bathroom with shower and toilet, all rooms have a TV and free WiFi. Many of the rooms have their own small balcony. All rooms are pet and smoke free. There are free parking spaces for our guests directly at the house. In addition, our outdoor area, the entrance area and the lobby are video-monitored for you.
We are also happy to offer an interim cleaning, change of bed linen and change of towels on request. The current fees are available on request.

Breakfast
A snack and drinks vending machine is available on the ground floor. Breakfast is available from Backstube Wünsche, which is just 20 m away from our hotel, or Bäckerei Müller on the Markushof. You can also shop in the local Edeka and Aldi supermarkets.

No other city in Germany attracts as many visitors a year as the Bavarian capital. The magnificent architecture in the Old Town and huge events such as the Oktoberfest have made Munich famous the world over. Lots of well-known companies from Bavaria are also based here.
RIVER RAFTING
Approx. 5 minutes
Rafting on the Isar is a tradition dating back to the rafters in the 12th century. Today, rafting is a popular leisure activity in the summer. The almost 30 km long journey starts early in the morning and continues well into the afternoon with a break for a light meal around lunchtime.
GOLF CLUB
Approx. 2 minutes
The golf course of the Münchener Golf Club e.V. is just a stone’s throw away from the hotel. The course was designed by well-known golf course designer Perry O. Dye and completely overhauled in 2006. Here you can enjoy a round under the blue and white sky with the Alpine panorama on the horizon.
TRADE FAIR

With our excellent transport connections, you can reach the Munich Trade Fair Centre from the Aparthotel Oberfeld West in just half an hour. We are therefore suitable for trade fair exhibitors and visitors alike. Our apartments with a separate kitchen are also ideal for technicians or a trade fair team.
STARNBERG
Approx. 30 minutes
Find out about historic Starnberg and its picturesque Old Town. After seeing the sights and a visit to the museum, enjoy a walk along the lake’s shoreline. The panorama of the northern Alpine range reflected in the water is a popular subject for photos.
BAD TÖLZ
Approx. 40 minutes
Bad Tölz is one of the most popular spas in the whole of the Alps and is a sanctuary for culture, nature and traditions. In addition to the well-known health resorts, the town is also famous for its historical buildings from the Baroque period and the Late Middle Ages with their magnificent facades.
Restaurant
There are lots of highly recommended restaurants nearby. Enjoy delicious Alpine delicacies and varied Mediterranean cuisine. All of these restaurants are less than 15 minutes away by car from the hotel.
BAVARIAN
A typically Bavarian family-run guest house is waiting for you with our own butcher’s shop and traditional menu. In summer, relax in our quiet beer garden.
ALPINE
With the forest in the background and a view of the water, the lake at Deiniger Weiher is especially idyllic. In addition to the unique ambience, Alpine specialities are also on the menu.
ITALIAN
Typical Italian dishes such as pasta and pizza are available in Straßlach or in Grünwald. Gourmets can also find haute Mediterranean cuisine in nearby Grünwald.
